Application Process
How Do I Apply for an Apartment?
Part 1: Pre-Application
Go to the property's website. Click the "Apply Now" button (available on any page).
Register and create an Applicant Portal login.
Complete the pre-application:
- Personal details (name, contact info)
- Address history
- Other required information
Submit the pre-application.
Our team will:
- Review your application
- Run a background screening
- Notify you of the result
If you're approved:
- Log back into your Applicant Portal
- Select your apartment
- Begin the move-in application
All the information you entered in the pre-application will automatically carry over.
Part 2: Move-In Application
Log into the Applicant Portal. Click "Start Move-In Application."
Complete and submit your application:
- Choose your apartment
- Provide income and asset information
- Upload necessary documents
- Sign all required forms
- Pay any applicable fees
Estimated time to complete: 60 minutes.
